Big Picture Philadelphia is a non profit organization that aims at bringing educational equity and accessibility with real world learning opportunities by providing barrier free education to the community. To gain the deeper insight of the organization, we interviewed teachers and investors at various schools associated with the organization. These interviews helped us define our personas and journey maps identifying user pain points and frustrations while using the site.
